‘Bulleit with Barleywine Wings’ our barrel-aged version of ‘Our Barleywine Means Death’ 3 Year Anniversary beer that was filled into a freshly dumped Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey barrel! This beer is available ONLINE NOW! Head to our site to secure your cans!
This American Barleywine was brewed with Chinook, Nugget, and Northern Brewer hops for a hop forward strong ale that we then dumped into the Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey barrel where it sat for 12 months. This rich, alcohol forward beer, is great for these colder San Antonio months. We get flavors of fig, dried apricot, grilled pineapple, and toasted marshmallow with that oh so tasty bourbon barrel heat in this 12.6% ABV beer!
'The NeverEnding Summer'
Fruited West Coast IPA - 6.0% ABV
This West Coast IPA dry-hopped with LupoMax Columbus and Simcoe hops and fruited with Tangerine and Apricot! This beer is juicy, fruity, but balanced with the hops to make a VERY enjoyable and approachable beer that finished at 6.0% ABV!
'McKenzie Space Force IPA'
DDH Northeast IPA - 6.7% ABV
We’re starting to lose track of all the hops we’ve done with our favorite Double Dry Hopped IPA recipe, but this one is standing out with SOFT mouth feel and flavors of mandarin, melon, and nectarine with a little pine resin, and thyme at the finish.
We’re falling in love with this beer already, but what are McKenzie hops?? 🤔 They’re NEW! 2021 was the first crop year for McKenzie hops and they’re the first proprietary hop variety to be released by the West Coast Hop Breeding Company (WCHB) out of Oregon. McKenzie was specifically bred to be grown in Oregon and highlight the area's terroir and we’re loving how this beer came out!
Halloween Sour Beer - 6.0% ABV
‘Monster Blood’ is our once a year Halloween beer release!
‘Monster Blood’ starts with our sour beer base and we load pounds of Sour Apple Candy Belts, Green Pickle Chamoy, and Chili Powder! It’s sour, spicy, fruity, briney, and tastes just as good as it looks!
Kölsch Beer Brewed w/ Bread - 5.0% ABV
We teamed up with our friends at Wild Barley Kitchen and Brewery to make a fun and different beer for San Antonio Beer Week + San Antonio Beer Festival
For ‘Breaking Bread’, the thought process was simple. We’d start with a beer recipe we’re comfortable with and make it special for this years events! We started with our ‘Bindi Blonde Ale’ Kölsch recipe and figured, why not add a total of 70 pounds of Wild Barley’s Sourdough and Marble Rye to the mash!? Once the beer finished fermenting, we dry-hopped with pounds of Cascade hops to help lend some floral and fruity notes to this delicious unfiltered Kölsch!!
Fruited Sour Beer - 5.0% ABV
‘Lemon Drop’ is easily our most sour beer we’ve ever made! It starts with our sour beer base and we add pounds of Lemon, Key Lime, and Tangerine Juices!! The puckering lemon hit first like lemon candy then the tangerine helps clean your palette with a little sweetness!
Hefeweizen - 5.8% ABV
We brewed this classic beer style with Pilsner malt, Wheat, and Liberty hops. This unfiltered wheat beer is crisp, effervescent, and is very drinkable with this heat we’re still feeling! We get soft and approachable flavors of banana and clove from the authentic Hefeweizen yeast!
'Nelson's Secret IPA'
West Coast IPA - 8.0% ABV
What’s Nelson’s Secret?? We can’t tell, but this new West Coast IPA holds nothing back after being aggressively dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret hops! This high hop rate delivers big hop aroma and high bitterness while still delivering piney and citrus notes like Grapefruit, Tangerine, and Lychee. This beer finished at a hefty 8.0% ABV and is our favorite West Coast IPA we’ve made to date!
Oktoberfest Märzen - 6.7% ABV
Our Moxtoberfest Marzen is a full bodied, malt driven beer that drinks clean with a little hop bitterness and toasted bread. This style originated in Germany and was brewed in the spring (“Märzen” meaning “March”) then aged (or lagered) through the summer to be enjoyed in the fall. We made ‘Moxtoberfest’ with Munich, Pilsner, Vienna, and Crystal malts with Hallertauer Tradition hops!

'The Lab IPA'
West Coast IPA - 6.0% ABV

American IPA - 6.3% ABV 60 IBUs
Our flagship IPA named after our mascot, Mox. Brewed with Lupomax Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops, this IPA is a hybrid between a bitter west coast and hazy NE styles. The perfect introductory IPA for the crowd that says they don't like IPAs. This hazy IPA has smooth citrus forward notes of orange and papaya, finishing with a light clean & smooth bitterness.
California Common/Steam Beer - 5.6% ABV
'Dignowity Common' is a classic American beer style brewed with lager yeast and fermented at ale temperatures. It’s a light amber hybrid style unique to the US that dates back to the late 1800’s in San Francisco, California when refrigeration was a luxury item. Brewers at the time improvised by pumping their hot wort to shallow open top bins on their roof, so the cool air coming off the Pacific Ocean would chill the wort faster.
'Grizzly Greg's Mountain Ale'
Specialty Amber Ale - 8.5% ABV 30 IBUs
Embodying the wild, this our take on a classic amber style ale. We brew this strong Amber with juniper berries in the boil and add Texas honey after flame out to prevent scorching. This beer finishes with full body that drinks smooth for an 8.5% ABV Amber. We get flavors of wheat toast, caramel, and chocolate.
Sweet Stout 6.0% ABV 20 IBUs
We brewed a smooth and light ABV stout then added Costa Rican coffee that we roast in-house and premium Mexican vanilla for added sweetness. It’s a stout thats easy to drink in the morning, afternoon, or night that reminds us of a coffee milkshake in a beer.
