'Love Is In The Ale'
Fruited Pale Ale - 5.7% ABV
‘Love Is In The Ale’ was our Valentines Day beer last year that we weren’t able to make in time this year due to our new brew system getting installed. This years batch doesn’t disappoint and tastes great with this heat! We started with a Pale Ale base brewed with Hibiscus Flowers and Rose Hips and added pounds of Strawberry puree! This beer drinks like a herbal strawberry summertime tea mixed with chewy Strawberry bon-bon centers!

'Tigers Blood Hard Soda'
Hard Soda - 6.0% ABV
Our mad scientists have been hard at work in the lab, getting ready for this heat wave and came up with our first “Hard Soda”. Its pretty tasty! Its packed with strawberry, watermelon, and coconut that carry juicy, fruity, hard candy flavors that make it dangerously drinkable!

'West Coast Showers Bring Pink Flowers'
West Coast IPA w/ Hibiscus - 8.5% ABV
‘West Coast Showers Bring Pink Flowers’ started as a simple West Coast IPA using the 2022 @yakimachief hop blend. This 5th Annual blend consists of HBC 630, Idaho Gem®, Loral®, Talus® and Triumph hops. But we thought, “this beer needs to be pink!” So we added pounds of Hibiscus to the boil for a West Coast IPA unlike any others that we’ve had! This beer made with these female beer lovers finished at a strong 8.5% ABV and came out a dark blushed red color. The hop blend worked great with the hibiscus, making it taste more like a tea, than a beer. We get grassy notes from the hops and a strawberry tea flavor with lingering dryness that makes this beer very drinkable!
Available in the taproom for $5 12oz pours and 4x12oz cans to-go for $16. We’ll be donating $1 for each 12oz pour sold in our taproom, and $2 for each 4-pack to The Pink Boots Society. These donations help them raise funds for Pink Boots scholarships that support their mission to assist, inspire, and encourage the professional development and education of women in our industry!
'Ekuanot Space Force'
DDH Northeast IPA - 6.7% ABV
The next evolution of our Double Dry-Hopped Space Force IPA lineup. This latest batch of Space Force exclusively used Lupomax™️ Ekuanot concentrated hop pellets! These new hop pellets are a higher concentration of lupulin powder with less vegetative matter compared to regular hop pellets. With this batch of Ekuanot Space Force we taste papaya, pithy orange, and some herbaceous notes on the back end like eucalyptus.

'Greetings from Helles'
Helles Lager - 5.5% ABV
Our first lager beer! Helles might not be a real place, but it certainly is a state of mind. We get juicy white grape from the noble hops, low malt flavor, and just a little cracker at the end from this classic and crisp German beer style

'Anniversary 2: Vanilla Boogaloo'
Vanilla Imperial Stout - 9.0% ABV
This special variant of our 2 year anniversary imperial stout is dosed heavy with Mexican Vanilla! We get notes of Dark Roasted Coffee, Bitter Chocolate, and sweet vanilla!

'Anniversary 2: Electric Boogaloo Stout'
Imperial Stout - 9.0% ABV
This deep, rich Imperial Stout was brewed for our 2 Year Anniversary Party we’re having on March 19th! It was supposed to be released that weekend, but couldn’t keep it to ourself so we’re releasing it a week early! This dark and roasty stout boiled for 6 hours allowing us to get our highest final gravity beer yet which still finished at 9% ABV! We get notes of Dark Roasted Coffee, Bitter Chocolate, and a little Strawberry.

'Plumegranate Soft Serve'
Fruited Milkshake IPA - 6.0% ABV
We made a Sabro Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA then dosed with vanilla and lactose to make our ‘Milkshake IPA’ base. For this ‘Soft Serve’, we added pounds of Plum, Pomegranate, and Guava puree’s! If you were a fan of our ‘Plumberry Soft Serve’, you’ll love this one that reminds us of Runts candy with its fruity, juicy, and ever so slightly sweet/sour flavor.

'Harvest Stout'
Pumpkin Spiced Stout - 7.2% ABV
‘Harvest Stout’, our Pumpkin Spiced Stout is back and better than ever! For this years batch, we added even more pumpkin, more baking spices, and a little vanilla to help round it out! This stout finished at 7.2% ABV and packs flavors of spiced pumpkin bread, amaretto, pepper, and root beer.

'Bindi Blonde Ale'
Blonde Ale - 4.5% ABV 20 IBUs
Our house blonde ale brewed with pilsner and vienna malt lightly hopped and low in alcohol. Perfect for the warm weather in San Antonio.

'Hackberry Pale Ale'
American Pale Ale - 6.4% ABV, 40IBUs
'Hackberry Pale Ale' is our American pale ale brewed with Azacca, Chinook, and Simcoe hops which helps pack citrusy floral notes while the pale Crystal and 2-Row malts balance out the flavor. This hoppy pale ale pours a light amber color and finished at 6.4% ABV.

'Mox's IPA'
American IPA - 6.3% ABV 60 IBUs
Named after our brewery mascot and dog this beer is an American IPA brewed with Mosaic, Azacca and Citra with extra dry hops.

'Dignowity Common'
California Common/Steam Beer - 5.6% ABV
'Dignowity Common' is a classic American beer style brewed with lager yeast and fermented at ale temperatures. It’s a light amber hybrid style unique to the US that dates back to the late 1800’s in San Francisco, California when refrigeration was a luxury item. Brewers at the time improvised by pumping their hot wort to shallow open top bins on their roof, so the cool air coming off the Pacific Ocean would chill the wort faster.

'Grizzly Greg's Mountain Ale'
Specialty Amber Ale - 8.5% ABV 30 IBUs
Embodying the wild, this amber ale is brewed with Texas honey and juniper berries.

'Vanilla Joe'
Sweet Stout 6.0% ABV 20 IBUs
A smooth stout that is brewed with in-house roasted coffee and premium Mexican vanilla. Available in the taproom for a $7 pint or to-go in a 16oz can for $7
